Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, customized products, and items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at littleracerphofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at littleracerphofficial@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
